We Lived With Passion...

at the show, I met a member of Dear Diary and he was seriously one of the cockiest people I have ever met in my life. SERIOUSLY EVER MET. He introduced himself and proceeded by saying we aren’t selling anything on this tour because we don’t need your money……….OH okay. Then he proceeded by saying there are people walking around with our music you should take a listen in my opinion we are better than All Time Low, I’ve never heard anyone say they don’t like us. He then finally walked away.But that wasn’t the end of that he came over again while we were waiting to go inside and he was THE WORST sweet bragger. He was telling us about how they’ve only been a band since March but since they know people all over the music industry they have a leg up and they are able to spend the next month in Canada for MTV stuff there. He also said something along the lines of “Other bands have to work super hard to get to where we are at now, but since we have our connections we kind of passed that step and didn’t have to go through that.” It was SO hard for me not to say something to this cocky man. How can he seriously say these things and expect people to respect him and like his band. IDGI. He did kind of admit that it isn’t fair that his band has these connections but I’m pretty positive he just said that because I was getting so annoyed with him and I’m pretty sure he could tell.

BUT the moral of this is, if you are in a band and you come up to me or any possible fans being one of the most arrogant people ever, I can guarantee you that I most likely won’t give your band a chance. I know that sounds rude, but don’t act like you are better than everyone. End of story. End of Rant. lol
